Being in the whole internet/hosting field, its really easy for me to create one. I personally think, that you should have a blog that you are interested in, and that can fit into your life. aswell as the tips mentioned above. I love to see participation and reciprocation if even out of politeness although at times the topic really is of no interest to us. I think the style of writing counts..making it in a more personalized and story like matter can contribute big time as people love stories.
